Thank you for choosing Visual creators. We take pride in offering a comprehensive and valuable learning experience through our digital course materials. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all course sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have received access to the course materials, we are unable to issue a refund, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or completed.

 

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and ensure fair access to all enrolled students.

 

2. Subscription-Based Services (Telegram Group Access)

The Telegram support group is an optional paid add-on billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team at admin@visualcreators.net.

 

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within the current month.

 

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment), please email us within 7 days of the transaction at admin@visualcreators.net. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

 

4. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem, but this does not guarantee a refund.

By purchasing our course or subscribing to the Telegram group, you agree to this refund policy and confirm that you have read all course descriptions and requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the course suits your needs before purchasing.
