Visual Creators – Product Photography & Videography Course

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Visual Creators ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the product photography and videography course available at www.visualcreators.net.

 

By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or access the course.

 

2. Course Access and Duration

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the course content for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. After this period, access will expire automatically unless an extension is purchased.

 

This course is delivered via pre-recorded, on-demand video lessons hosted on a secured platform. No live instruction or personalized coaching is included unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Optional Add-On: Telegram Support Group

Access to our private Telegram community group is available as a separate paid monthly subscription and is not included in the base course price. This group provides lesson-related guidance, peer support, and a space to ask general questions. While we’re happy to support your learning journey, please note this is not a 1:1 private mentorship. We’re unable to provide personalized, in-depth help for every individual challenge or redo course content on your behalf. We’re here to help—but participation assumes students take an active role in their own progress. Access is subject to payment status and may be suspended upon cancellation or non-payment.

 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be provided once access is granted. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to withdraw or request a refund under applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital goods.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the course (including but not limited to videos, text, images, branding, and downloadable resources) is the intellectual property of Visual Creators or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course content for personal educational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or public use of the materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Certificate of Completion

A certificate may be issued upon completion of the full course and submission of a final project, subject to instructor review and approval. Visual Creators reserves the right to deny certificate issuance if minimum standards are not met.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the course content for lawful purposes only and not to:

 

Share your login or download content for redistribution (your account will be banned with no refund)

 

Harass instructors or other students in the Telegram group

 

Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials

 

8. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal data. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for course administration, support, and communication purposes.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the course content.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued access to the course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
